When Jonny Craig left Dance Gavin Dance so long ago, he said, “They just weren’t going in the musical direction I wanted to go.” And now he’s their vocalist again.
Chris Roetter (the former vocalist of Agraceful and the current vocalist of Like Moths To Flames) was also Emarosa’s first vocalist. They released an EP while he was in the band, but unfortunately that was it.
Beau Bokan used to be the vocalist of a band called Take The Crown before joining BlessTheFall. And they were amazing.
Austin Carlile had a band even before joining with Attack Attack. It was called Call It Even.
When I Set My Friends On Fire released their Soulja Boy cover and began getting popular, they made a very specific message on their Myspace page saying “WE WILL NEVER DO SHOWS.” And look at them now.
The only real problem that Attack Attack has is their lack of lyrical talent. If you read the lyrics of any of their albums (even Someday Came Suddenly, as much as it hurts to say), you can tell that it isn’t their strong point. I’d dig Attack Attack so much right now if they weren’t so bad at writing.
You know, when it comes to long distance relationships, people make it seem like it’s so much better than actually seeing the person. And before you get offended, I’m not going to make fun of you if you have a long distance relationship. I’m just stating how I feel about it.
I’ve been in a long distance relationship before. A few, actually. And they always seem absolutely perfect, and I think that’s because you don’t know them. I mean, if you date someone from your school, you ask a few questions to a few people and immediately know everything about this person. However, what can you do in a long-distance relationship? You just take their word for it. Everything they say. And hell, they could just be saying the positives and hiding the negatives. They could even be going through the same thing with another guy miles away. You never really know. Sure, it’s nice not having to deal with seeing things to make you jealous in person. You’re happy at the fact that what you don’t know won’t hurt you. But eventually, that loss of physical “love” comes and bites you in the ass repeatedly.
All I’m saying is that when people praise long-distance relationships, it’s a little bit silly. There are some golden apples in the barrel that make it, and I congratulate you. But I think for the most part, it’s just not meant to be unless we’re in a completely honest world.
This is my opinion. I don’t want a thousand notes of people reblogging me calling me a dumbass. Especially that Filipino couple.
People get so stoked about seeing Skrillex live. I don’t get it. But then again, I’ve never been to a show with that type of genre. Don’t get me wrong, I like Skrillex a lot. But it looks like people just stand around. I would at least expect a shitton of dancing. Where does the fun factor take place?
Remember when you would see a “forever alone” meme picture on every page of your dashboard at least twice? And people would always say they’re single for some specific stupid reason like, “I’m single because I love food too much hurr durr.”
I replaced all the dirt blocks with stone, made that goofy looking guy, and added some. :] This has been getting on my nerves for awhile. So glad I finally took care of it. I still need to fix some stuff up, but it’s good for now.
